RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

 

At The House of IsA, each piece is created with intention, precision, and artistry. Our collections include both couture and ready-to-wear garments. Due to the nature of our design process, all purchases are subject to the policy below.

 

 

 

COUTURE & CUSTOM PIECES

 

All couture, made-to-measure, and custom-designed garments are final sale.

Each piece is created exclusively for the client and cannot be restocked or reproduced. As such, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom orders.

 

 

 

FIT & ALTERATIONS

 

We are committed to delivering an exceptional fit.

• Complimentary alterations may be offered within 7 days of delivery

• Alterations apply only to garments measured by The House of IsA

• Additional adjustments or design changes may incur a fee

Clients who submit their own measurements are responsible for accuracy.

 

 

READY-TO-WEAR RETURNS

 

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

• All original tags must be attached

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos and order details for review

Once approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Production begins once deposit is received

• Full balance must be paid prior to delivery or shipment

 

FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale:

• Couture and custom garments

• Altered pieces

• Limited edition or one-of-one designs

• Sale items

 

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are subject to availability

• Clients are responsible for any price differences

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

We encourage all clients to review product details carefully and schedule a consultation when possible to ensure satisfaction.
