At The House of IsA, each garment is crafted with precision, intention, and artistry. From couture to ready-to-wear, every piece is prepared and delivered with the highest level of care.
Each House of IsA piece is prepared and shipped with the same care in which it was created.
PROCESSING TIMES
Couture & Custom Orders
• Production timelines are determined at the time of purchase
• Standard production ranges from 2–6 weeks, depending on design complexity
• Clients will be notified once their garment is ready for shipment or delivery
Ready-to-Wear
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic (U.S.)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited options available at checkout
International
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
SIGNATURE & INSURANCE
All couture and high-value orders are shipped with:
• Signature confirmation upon delivery
• Full-value insurance coverage
TRACKING
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
The House of IsA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
For lost or delayed shipments:
• Please contact the carrier directly
• We will assist with documentation for insured orders when applicable
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)
Studio pickup may be available by appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
This may include:
• Product availability limitations
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions
• Suspected fraudulent activity
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment or required deposit must be made before production begins
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, branding, and content are the property of The House of IsA.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
FIT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate measurements when required
• Reviewing product descriptions prior to purchase
The House of IsA is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the client.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
The House of IsA is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The House of IsA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
